So if we are not able to steal AT I think they are is a way we can help the little poor people: Change the amount of AT they get per turn depending on how much AT their account is worth.

the little poor guys get plenty of bonuses here. I'm not against giving more perks, as long as those who intentionally sell to stay small con not continue to reap the benifits from such actions.

AT, how about like UP...talking hypothetically of course:

Maybe if we add something like MP. ( mobile production or something, just throwing something out there)

Since we get 2 AT per turn, To raise it by one would need to cost much more to raise than at the rate UP is going for at it's different levels but the same idea.

Proposed AT increase table*:

MP 1= 2at per turn (default)
MP 2= 3at per turn cost 10,000,000,000 ( cost in succession after purchasing the second level, and thereafter)
MP 3= 4at per turn cost 30,000,000,000 ( -15% in UP)
mp 4= 5 at per turn cost 100,000,000,000 (-30% in up)
mp 5= 6 at per turn cost 300,000,000,000 (-60% in UP)
mp 6= 7 at per turn cost 1,000,000,000,000 ( -100% in UP, + kuwal production cut in half)

With an option to reverse levels.

That is an intresting idea, but you would need to be able to adjust it. Not many are want to go and lose income/UP for an increase. As ATs haven't passed production yet.

Your idea is exploitable. You can never raise your UP and never build an income and basicly get all your AT for free. Then sell those AT for income.

Set cost are always a bad idea, the bigger guys can afford them and the smaller guys cant

should be an income cost, and that cost should grow exponentially per level.

Im not sure about the UP penalties, but something should be penalized if you want to increase your AT, at a point it's still worth it..yet minimal in a way I suppose...

It will be worth it but the UP cut down is a downside ... and Nomad is right, it will be affordable for bigger people but the small will suffer because they cant afford it.
