ROFL. well ian leaving out 100k UU isnt that much of a lose. I already stated that if TIE had any desire we could raid Pecos for he had/has 100k out himself.

We make better uses of our ST. I can only hope that Kenzu also raided Ian and used up his turns. Perhaps the people reading this forum should know that TIE as a whole have a UP of well over 100k so ian getting raided sets us back less then a day Wink

You didnt get most of the UU, because 2 members alone got over 60.000 untrained from you.

How much did you gain? You gained 2.000 untrained and next day you give away 60.000.
I wonder what will Imperium members think of you if you are managing their hard earned resources this way.

right, perhaps if you kept occasional spy logs on Ian you would have noticed he had over 300k UU out a few hours before he was hit. Also if you still had a spy in TIE you would know that only 200k was sent to ian from within the alliance Wink

Welll 200k * .98 = 196k UU.

OMG ian received 100k UU from other places that he didnt even ask for.

Welll with his UP ian being on ppt for 4 days means he only received maybe 60k from somewhere.

I will let that boil for a bit.

Right and when ian clearly stated that rflash and danuboy must be dealt with before peace is considered didnt even cross WRs mind at all? TIE was game for peace with WR but the outside parties (rflash, danuboy) had to be dealt with for getting involved.

I copied WR wars stats before and after attack in excel spread sheets and subtracted the value after attack from the value before attack.
Result shows losses and destruction by WR on Imperium:

Imperium lost 65,601,475,000
Imperium lost additional over 50 billion for weapons, but thats not accurate calculation

World Republic lost 2,236,495,000
World Republic gained 4,805,500,000 (gained from untrained units. the unprotected kuwal we stole is neglected in this calculation )
WR lost another 10-15 billion in training and repair costs

These calculations dont consider the massive amount of weapons we destroyed at cost much less than ours. (AT + ST also not considered)

Lord Pegasus
Ioupain
Truestrike
Rapmaster
Syndicate

Lots and lots and lots of dead supers, assassins... and even a nice chunk of miners.

Total estimated enemy resource losses: 140,750,170,000 kuwal's worth.

Our estimated losses: 28billion kuwal repair costs and 96,600 attack supers. Probably about 40k assassins dead.

Now... i have a proposal for World Republic.

We can eithier continue this cycle of your massing us, us massing you back, you massing us back for us massing you back, us massing you back for you massing us back for us massing you back etc....

Or, we can come to terms Smile

My proposal:

7 day ceasefire starting tommorrow night - tuesday 11.59 pm GMT.

No assassinations, sabotage, assaults, assassin hunting, invasion missions or anything construed as hostile. Farming and raiding is fine. No financing The Imperium's enemies....

I ve set the time at 11.59 PM GMT since that gives roughly a whole day for you to read this post, and respond - and for word to then be sent out to our respective alliances to stop hostilities.

HOWEVER - The Imperium will not be conducting any "official" (as in... alliance leadership coordinated) hostile operations before the ceasefire officially begins - will World Republic also agree to not do so? Should you do so (as in.. conduct another offensive before the ceasefire takes effect) then we ll forget about peace.

Obviously some lone members of each alliance may continue to conduct limited hostilities before the ceasefire... since it will take word to filter through to the members... hence the gap between now and the proposed ceasefire.

This would only apply to World Republic - not Rflash, Danuboy or any of the other various parties involved. If these want a ceasefire, they ll have to negotiate an individual agreement.

By the end of the 7 days ceasefire... if things have generally gone well, then hopefully we ll have figured out a permanent peace treaty and thus be able to sign it.

So - Kenzu/ World Republic... your response please as soon as possible.

Ian, first off I would like to thank you for destroying 100% of my def, and 45k or so miners. But that is not why I am writing this. So to the point, I appreciate your retaliation (Trust me, absolutely no sarcasm) in the fact that WR proposes peace/cease fire and allows you (TIE) to have your just revenge on whom you wish, with the general outcome of permanent/long lasting peace.

I felt outraged when 'Operation Autumn Storm' (And kenzu, hope you don't mind I used the 'official' attacks title) commenced, note that I was at school and wouldn't have participated if I was able to. I even feel somewhat ashamed for even being in this alliance during these stated events, to have my alliance's high authority leaders to blatantly request a reasonable truce between O and TIE and then do one blunt attempt to attack before said peace. What the fuck?

I personally like your proposal ian, and agree to it. Not to mention it will take up to a week to rebuild what you guys did!

This situation is ridiculous.

Well from my stand point all view everything is cleared up. I dont have a problem with WR. I just find Kenzu to be a bit "strange" but thats not really worth staying at war over. Because 1 person is disliked so heavily by others. If there was a war with every person that hated Ian TIE will never get out of war. He is one highly disliked individual for some of the trouble he has caused to people where ever he goes Razz

As for rflash and the others. Well They attacked us so we will attack them back. Basically the story of TIE. When i get farmed i tend to farm back. If i get massed i will mass back.

Well hopefully there is some official post made by Kenzu, I doubt Kenzu will go back on his word after he posts it publicly on the forums. He cares to much about what people think about him here. He can lie directly to us then say something on forum saying otherwise. But if he posts publicly that he agrees to the ceasefire i would consider him to abide by it.

Basically what will happen if we do a set date like december 1st is last day of war. on November 30th both alliances mass the hell out of each other knowing no regrets its over after this. So with a ceasefire which we tried before unofficially we can talk about it and then hopefully no more hits will take place afterwards. Its how a few of The Commonwealths wars have ended in the past. Set a cease fire then every1 realizes how great peace is and then no1 wants war anymore Very Happy

World Republic has been waiting for peace for weeks already.
There shall be no hostilities from this point onwards between World Republic and Imperium.

World Republic agrees to this ceasefire and will not organise any offensives against Imperium. Our members have been notified of the ceasefire and have been told not to attack Imperium members. Imperium shall not attack World Republic either!

I hope you will send an alliance wide message as well and make sure your members dont attack us and I also hope you will also negotiate with rflash and danuboy about peace.

If WR members break the ceasefire and harm TIE, they will be punished by World Republic!

For clarification about Operation Autumn Storm which resulted in 3 Imperium members being massed.
During peace negotiations between World Republic and Imperium, Imperium knowing that Rflash and Danuboy are WR allies and knowing that WR seeks to have a peace with all 3 parties WR, GD and TIE, Imperium has knowingly prepared and executed an offensive on rflash. World Republic responded to this offensive by aiding our friends and retaliating against Imperium.

To sum up:
1) Imperium masses WR allies (day before yesterday, during peace talks)
2) WR and WR allies mass Imperium (Operation Autumn Storm)
3) Imperium masses WR

Union of Aderan Republics didn't take part in any offensives.
Hachigan should be treated as WR alliance, just like Union of Aderan Republics. You can make trade deals with them, but they are WR members afterall, so please don't take agressive move against them.

I will contact Lord Ishurue to see if he complies with the ceasefire. I am sure he is not planning to fight you anymore if he knows you wont attack him either. I have sent him a message to announce a ceasefire here, please contact him too and lets see where it goes.

Hachigan should be treated as WR alliance, just like Union of Aderan Republics. You can make trade deals with them, but they are WR members afterall, so please don't take agressive move against them.

I will contact Lord Ishurue to see if he complies with the ceasefire. I am sure he is not planning to fight you anymore if he knows you wont attack him either. I have sent him a message to announce a ceasefire here, please contact him too and lets see where it goes.

I accept this Cease Fire as long as Ian Is cool with me doing so . Ian and I talked a bit with PMs

I did on massing when I was in Hachigan , the other Massings I was in WR .

If I am Judged on my War Actions than the only action I should be judged on was operation Autumn Storm .
