There are just a few problems i hav found with it.

The first is that when you are set to recieve officers, you can be ''sabataged'' by someone lowering your rate ( by joining as an officer, the increased uu gain for rthe Co auto reduces the rate all officers recieve thent they leave ) and thus real officers loose out till the CO logs in and changes rate back. the solution to fix this problem from occuring is to set your option not to recieve new officers however this takes you off the bulleten board.

Solution: Allow people who do not have their setting ot accept new officers to have a post on the board.

Second is the fact that some offers on it are not ture. Not targetting this person in any way they are jsut the first person, but say PersonA has an offer of 100,000 , however thier total army size is only 6k, then there is no way that PersonA can pay this rate, thus the advertisement is untrue, and confusing to anyone who selects to become PersonA's officer and does not recieve the expected income boost.

Solution: Not sure. For the CO's that already have one or more officers then the rate they recieve will be the one showing, its where the person has no officers is the problem. pehaps there could be some formula eg ( 40% of income / n amount of officers wanted )

We have expected that others will join to lower your rate. Nothing new.

Nevertheless, if you still look for officers, no matter if the person stays or not, your rate will be decreased if you cant afford to pay the same rate.

If you dont accept new officers, maybe you should not be removed from the bulleting board, but instead I think it would be a good idea if COs who dont accept officer will still appear in the bulletin board, but in a DIFFERENT COLOR

Another Idea I have is that COs will set a rate, which will be the maximum, so if more people join and they cant afford to pay the price, the rate will be lowered (the maximum rate will be remembered by the server) and if some people leave, the rate will go up to what the person is able to pay, but not more than the maximum rate set.

These 2 game changes would improve the gameplay for officers and commanders considerably.

great idea's definitly need to be implemented.
not having it go back up to your normal set rate is counterproductive, and a waste of time. also a major kick in the butt to the officers who will recive less income untill their c/o comes on to fix it.

1. I think offers should be separated in active and inactive (it's really easy to code it this way). Who has the box checked is listed in active and who put the add on bulletin board but has the box unchecked is listed in inactive. Furthermore, for those inactive every 3-4 days the adds are deleted in order to prevent having a tons of adds with absolutely no relevance.

2. As I said in another post, add a column in which is listed the available income .... that's 40% minus what is already payed to officers ... this way anyone can see that person X only has 10k available each turn even if he says he pays 1 mil per UU and who isn't able to see that he deserves to be "cheated" with this.

I'm also wondering if adding the 24 hr commitment to officer/Co relationships might be needed. That or maybe let it be the CO who accepts an officer.

I see person A, I click his link "make this person my commander". Now I dont become it immediately, but a notice is sent. The next time the Commander comes on he can accept and adjust the pay scale at that time.
