You can add an offer for much more than 8 officers. Probably you can`t have more than 8 officers, even though this is displayed. If not, then it`s a small cosmetic bug.

u can prob put 100 but the mechanics of the game wil lonly let 8.

I think it's worth keeping, maybe in the future we'll get entertained by someone posting that it's a bug that someone cannot have more than 8 officers even though he put up 15 into his bulletin offer Very Happy
