Bulletin Board not updating automatically and wrong formatting

When your income increases or decreases due to change in number of income units, the purchasing limit should also increase or decrease. However, this is only updated when you re-post a commander offer or change the payment rate.
Another thing not updated automatically is the username. The player "OrdracirTM" has changed the name but it didn't update.

The format is wrong in "Your current offer". Rate per UU become the purchase limit, purchase limit become min raw up and so on.

I also thought they had a time limit on them, not sure if they do or if they are suppose to, but some of them are obviously very old and outdated.

Along with some trades in the GM which pop up from time to time and are definitely old and outdated.

Not saying something should be done or nothing, but it does look rather bad in my opinion.
