Weapons Factory

isnt it susposed to mean you can buy weapons automatically ??
if so how lol , i have no clue at all

Nope ..... once they are coded in you will buy weapons from the weapons factory, but if you have 100 factories you can't buy 1000 weapons ... for every weapon you buy over current capacity you are charged 10x the cost and this is also true for training facility.

I thought it was ,,,, if you have 100, and oder 1000, then you get 100 per turn until the order is met.

but you retain the option to instantly buy at the 10X price.

Not sure, just my understanding
