Advanced figter factory

So I finally built up enough kuwal that I was able build the Advanced Fighter Factory and I can't figure out what it does for me. If anyone has that answer maybe they can also answer what the Space Station Components Factory does before I go ahead and build that too. As long as you have all the answer you might as well go ahead and explain what the High-Tech Research Center does so that all my questions will go away and not bother me anymore. So to summarize;

Is there a date that it will be or should I ignore building the rest of them?

I would ignore them until you see anything different if the forum or updates page.

The admin should disable the buttons for those uncoded buildings or put a warning text.

People always keep asking. I guess the best way is to get rid of the buy button.
