Point is you have only the kuwal in the bank.
Yellow kuwal must be deposited in a bank before it can be spent.
Red kuwal is spread across the empire, you dont have it yet.

If I understood it enough to explain it I would not have to ask you to do so.

As for where? well here on forums first, then maybe the Wiki, and there should be a link in FAQ or noobie guide tied to the game, and a tool tip somewhere in the game.

Ok income makes more sense now, although displaying an amount of cash u can control (red kuwal) is v confusing and frustrating
Next question: regarding UP...

Hospital reduces deaths from 2% to 1%
my deaths are way bigger than 2%, is it supposed to be like this?

the UP bonus race in AW2 (tarik i think it is)

tooltips will be in the starport, and its a good idea to have a guide tied to the game. working on it.

I got a copy of their income link and no commander payment is mentioned?

so are you saying its a UP bonus and not a kewul bonus?

so commander gets a 10% bonus of UP from the officer, and then turns around and pays said officer 80 to 100% of the same UU back to them?

yes, you are right

Before lone wolf got 110% total up
and officer 120% total up giving 20% to commander and getting paid in kuwal for it.
Now it has been simplified and lowered by 10% for everyone, which means that:

lone wolf produces 100% total up
and officer 110% total up, keeping a percentage that commander sets and giving the commander the rest (commander usually receives 20% of the 10% up bonus)

we could say that there was never a benefit for lone wolfs, lone wolfs simply produced 110% before and once they became an officer, they produced 10% more.
Cooperation gives benefit.

A pity you can't tell me how you came to a negative red kuwal. You'll get it again into the positive and try to make it negative again.
Any hints of what you could have done recently that you didnt do before?

it is indeed back into the positive... all i did yesterday was a few attacks and then queue up construction of 380 training camps to give a total of 400 instead of the 20 we started with and logged out... when i logged in earlier today there was still 2 turns left in the construction and my red kuwal was in the negative. Construction is done and my kuwal is normal again, perhaps the construction caused it?

not sure, you are the only one who experienced it, but if you had it, it can happen again, to anyone. I'd be happy if we can fix this, but to do that we need to find out what caused it.

I'm still not 100% on this, but it looks like there is more benifit to being a lone wolf as you get the full 110% where as a commander keeps a % so the officer loses out(but gains in other areas such as protection, advise, etc, etc)

So to be clear, please put in the XX's in the below example

Player A has Raw UP of 1000(all positive after death rate)
Player B has Raw UP of 1000(all positive after death rate)

Player B joins Player A as an officer

Player A/Commander's new UP = XXX
Player B/officer's new UP = XXX

Commander's pay rate is 80%

dunno if this is a bug or if its suppose to be like this but under military stats there are 2 defense stats (btw its spelled defense Razz)... 117% defense vs 112.9% defense stats?

We will have a first proper round after all known bugs are fixed, all flaws removed, all updates have been made, and after a certain amount of time passes (a couple days or a week) where no new bugs are found.

I expect that the first round will start in the first half of November, but I don't promise anything. I rather start the game later with no bugs than sooner with bugs.
