General overall AF questions

1. Why is it called a star port if all AF equipment is modern technology and none of it is space technology? I still wonder how we fly a helicopter to another planet and all?

2. SAM factory and munitions factory have descriptions when scrolled over, hangers and air craft factory do not. why?

3. Do air craft factories produce all 3 types? and if so is the construction system similiar to the training system where priority is set?

4. Are hangers required for every aircraft? What is the purpose of the hanger?

5. Munitions factories. Do they make the munitions for all AF weaponry? If so how is it done? If you have 1 SAM, 1 fighter, 1 helicopter, and 1 bomber building do you need 3 munition factories to be able to arm them as they are built?

Overall a little better explination on all this would be appriciated.
