1) would it be possible that to be able to post an offer you actually have to be open to recruting (if it is close, then any commader offer is removed)
=> because offer from people not recruting are irrelevant

2) could you add the current income given aswell as the income aimed so officer could chose more easyly a commander without having to test them all

glad to see some of the old ones cleaned off, maybe you should have to renew after a set time frame?
