10x cost, insta build weapons

My suggestion is to add the option to buy weapons instantly at 10x the cost, the same as with training units.

As for who would use it, I know I would use it in limited quantities for instance to train a few lower power (And lower cost) weapons in order to raid etc.

I would have to say I support this idea.

If for no other reason then for this one.

Say you get massed, all weapons lost, but numerous soldiers remain. You could quick build the lowest power weapon just to arm them all incase your attacker returns before you get your regular weapons rebuilt.

Stops the senseless murder of those Defense Soldiers.

Also, now that weapons take time to build it means the instant training is slightly redundent, as you can train instantly but cannot arm instantly. It's not completely redundant for many reasons (There might be weapons already built, you might instantly train spies/assassins/income units) but it is less useful.

It would also add some consistency.

It would be valid to me. it not a major change so i dont see why family time wouldnt be more important.
