Administrative Efficiency

Will it ever go back to 100%?
Right now I have 99.93% but my Army Size is 3k less than Average Army Size.

It updates once per day, if you were above average army size at midnight then it will stay the same number until the following day.

99.93 awwww so unhappy , i'm lucky if i get 83%

It's 99.93% already for two days , I sold some units Monday evening.
And yes I'm very unhappy . It takes a whole 1.5k income :D:D.

ah, i know why Smile

it only calculates new value if you are above average Razz

if you fall below you won't get 100% back again
k so it actually is a bug Razz
