Welcome Screen for New Players

It would be nice to have a welcome page for the new players, in which the other players can let them welcome messages. On the new players page, you'll have the players registered in the last 24 hours and all the players registered in the last week. I think that this way, when they see so many welcome messages and so many players willing to help them and give them advice, perhaps, that they will not quit before actually starting to play because the game is "too complicated" or because they don't understand some things. Also, this way, the new players could also be recruited in alliances more easily since they will be easyer to be found.

The page should contain:

Welcome Message
Navigation Back and Forward to Tutorials
Link to Forums
Navigation Back and Forward to Rules/Faq

The List with the players signed up in the last 24 hours
The List with the players signed up in the last week
Welcome messages from the other players.

If you will implement the chat system, you can link[include] it with this page... or make a specific chat room for new players, in which they can see the welcome messages, advices and where they can ask their questions, interact with the other players, etc, etc...
