Admin-My ban for offensive language

I really think that this dictatorship you have going on, is purely ridiculous. So a 24 hour ban? I guess you must be truly bored? Not only do you read every personal message from ingame to ingame. First of all you already did what you did what you did on the forums, and justified yourself for being wrong in the first place by giving warnings and deleting the posts. Now to ban, for something ingame message to one another? Do you really sit there and read peoples messages all day cause you have nothing better to do?

Whats the point of playing this game when literally, you only act as if everything is about what you want to control the game to be. If you really want to lose a player who actually plays with dedication to just playing with strategy be my guest.

If you feel that what you are doing is more than justified, just go ahead and delete my account while you are at it. I think you are full of it, from the beginning, with all the temp bans, and restrictions you have been putting all everyone who plays this game.

ALL OF YOUR WRONG DOINGS!!!! AND BUGS AND FAULTS!!!! IN THIS GAME!!!! CAUSED BY YOU!!!! you punish people who help you find them as they have used them.

Then you punish even harder when the bug is not reported, because we all know you will probably punish us again somehow.

You are neither the first person to get an immediate suspension for using offensive language nor will you be the last one, by the banned users list you are now the 9th ban.

If you wish I will send a copy of the PM's you have written to your alliance leadership, and have them decide if the content was justified and even if you got provoked into writing that.

I will rather have a dedicated player leave the game than have them remain so that later they can send such offensive PM's to other users who might quit and think the game is full of such people.
Enough people already have left because I was too soft. I made a gamble thinking that I need to keep people, but this was clearly a mistake so I'm picking the road I should have taken right from the start.

Plus I sure as hell have better things to do than intentionally writing bugs into the code and laying traps to see who abused them. The cases where I actually looked who abused them is around 3-4 out of the 50-60 from which someone could have gotten actual benefits.
And I dont get why you are crying that you got punished for using a bug that actually gave you significant benefits. Once you found out about it, you could have simply told me about it and probably even keep a good chunk of it. Instead of losing more than you gained. Just like everyone else who actually was decent enough to report bugs.

Sidenote: I dont bother reading all PM's. But if someone reports it, then I look into it. And in this case you both wrote crap so I banned both of you for a day.

In all cases, I have seen differently, I have reported many bugs to you when this game started. 1 out of 4 times you actually let me keep a little of the gains. But other 3 times you either took it all away, or punished more for even using it a little, and when I say a little, I mean literally like twice or three times which does not put me in any big gain.

Make it clear that the times where I actually punished you were the ones where you didn't bother to report some major issues.
Just because someone reports bugs doesn't mean they will get a free pass with respect to other resource bugs

Do you want me to unban you because you wrote stuff using the messaging system that is totally unacceptable?
You're banned because the recipient filed a complaint. And because that same recipient wasn't any better in writing his replies, he got banned too.

Wasn't I banned from reset for a bug you knew existed and waited for someone to discover?

This leads me to believe that I can no longer rely on you telling the truth.

You were abusing that reverse constructing weapons feature because it didn't check if you had reversed it once already.
So when the best accounts have 10-20 bil kuwal invested, you cheated yourself mb 50-70 bil.

Did you think it was ok to do it? Definitely, since you even had the guts to complain after you got punished instead of even trying to apologize.

If I open a thread regarding how many times your brother has messed with people's accounts for bugs and so on, and for what reasons, I am sure there will be a handful of responses.

Secondly, you guys will more than likely just keep erasing these messages to hide the real truth. You think you are god because you created the game?

YOU HAVE NEVER WON A WAR AGAINST TIE KENZU, so pretty much you are not credible at all in my eyes to give me any type of opinions or advise.

THEN PERMANENTLY BAN ME FOR I CARE. Enjoy playing this game with a bunch of new people, as those are the only people you can pick on and not be retaliated on by.

No I did not. I noticed it because someone reported you rather quickly. And the bug only existed because I rushed to add the reverse weapon building/training to the reset server too so that people enjoyed its benefits.

For obvious reasons I log certain actions so that in case something screws up I can return kuwal and units quickly and accurately to everyone or that I can actually see what someone did when looking for why a bug exists but the player doesn't know how to help.
So when I see that you train/untrain 100 soldiers, then 1000, then 10k, then 100k, and then repeat it with 100-250k several dozen times right after each other with the same unit time then it's hard NOT to interpret that as an absolute and knowing intention of knowing what you're doing and wanting to "reap the benefits".

I did not ban you because you wrote an offensive PM to someone, I banned you because it got reported (whic)
I will be adding in a simple word filter to avoid most of the usual insults people throw in a fit of rage. However this system will obviously be easily bypassable so

Again, I welcome you to forward the PM exchange between you and castra for which you have been punished to your leadership since they are a very bright group of people, and have them tell me that I have unjustly banned you because you got provoked into such behavior.

Kenzu please keep such comments to yourself and your section where you set the rules how people behave towards you.
While stars is far from behaving politely, he's also not yet been unacceptably rude. He clearly feels he has been banned unjustly which we now have to clarify so that in the future others know what they have to expect when they write unacceptable content into PM's
Offensive language for the first infraction does not warrant a permanent ban.

i just reported a bug on RA server that a bonus should have expired a few days ago

if i have to be honest, i'd have to say that while writing the report on forum i was thinking that the admin might punish me for not noticing it sooner instead of rewarding me for reporting it

can anyone guess why i think like this?

It is possible that a person will not notice that the bonus has not expired even though it should. That's why I believe in this case no punishment should be given even if you don't report it.

Of course if someone reports a bug, then he should never be punished, even if he exploited a bug, but of course the gains he made from bug exploits should be taken away.
