I have built the Construction Yard Level 2 which should have given me 3 more personal points, but there are 35 now like they were before
Personal Stat Bonus (35 points to distribute)

Starport and Advanced Research Center are not implemented yet, i built the Construction Yard Level 2 just for the 3 points Razz
