Construction Yard Level 1

i spend 10mil building it and earlier today it finished and it opened up armory factorys and training facilities and so i went to build a armory factory and i left it for a few hours and came back and armory factorys and training facilities are locked again and the Construction Yard Level 1 needs to be build again.. im not happy with that.. thats 10 mill down the drain..

hmk lol sec, i removed it cos there was a bug with it, one thing was screwing up the turn changes, forgot to give you back the money i suppose
