About constuction yard level 2

i think that those 3 personal bonus points that i got from building construction yard level 2 doesnt work!
i had my defence bonus 25 points(25x1,35)=33,75% and now it is 28 points(28x1,35)=37,8% and the defence power is still the same as it was with 25 points in defence
so basically i think that the bug is that those last 3 points are not giving me any bonus...
or there is limit of 25 points per stat i dont know...

and yes that 4,05% bonus i should get from those 3 points is kinda big deal for me

PS: that "change your personal points every 2 months" thing is not working either!!!
last time i changed it was 28th of July,, and now is what? 28th of December soon and i still cant change those points... 5 months already instead of 2

I too can say that . i have 32 attack points and they are working .

@ EvilGenius the same thing happened to me when i switch most of my points to attack . i didnt get the bonus
a few turns later , so yours is just a bug but on a whole nother level .

Also, you have to have a "change" to be able to change your personal bonus points. You dont gain 1 every 2 months.

You built con yard level 2, added to extra points to defense and even after trying to train a defense unit or building a weapon, the extra points added are still not having any effect on your defense?

2) about the personal bonus change

You cannot change your bonus more than once every 60 Days!

It is a limit how often you can change, as nomad said, it isn't written anywhere that you get a bonus change every 2 months.
