main reason why it's more profitable is because you're not limited in the quantities
secondly you also get better rates from other players

The better rates being the main point as at your size I doubt quantity is the issue yet.

What about if I don't use the private market for the duration of the contest? (I haven't before, so that is not a big change for me.)

Thanks, Nomad/Admin. I had not realised about the quantity being unlimited in the private market, an oversight on my account. As for the better rates, when I looked in the Market section on these boards, I must have gotten the wrong impression, then.

I've seen offers of 50,000 per UU, but on the forum people have offered 100,000 per UU.

90 seems about average but you soo 100 to 110 at times. I think speed was looking for 300K UU not long ago, thats 27 to 30 bill. would make a sizeable difference in a race as small as yours.

I am back from vacation. The price for UU was horrible just before I left and it isn't great now. Universe is at 4460, I am at 4625 after I sold all my UU that built up. We have approximately 40G Kuwal to go.

Wow, 410 in a day. I reached 6132, so that is 409. The extra ST from overtime seem to really speed things up.
