training issues

Hi guys, been looking in the forum bu can't really find anything like this...
first of, I have -100 units in training at all time.. first I thought it was due low numbers of training building but build 600 more and still the same..
and for the last few days I can train units anymore, I have 55 units waiting to finish but its been days like that.
plz help
