how do you use them? or train them? or what ever it is your suppose to do with them?

You don't do anything with wounded, you simply wait until they heal and become healed.
Once healed you can train military units and they will train into any military unit of your choice for no cost.
Wounded become healed units at a rate of 1% per day
Build a hospital and they will heal at a rate of 5% per day.
Later there will be an update allowing you to research faster health rate up to 10% per day. (each research will be +0.1% faster heal rate)

Please explain how the above will be done as I cannot see anything currently on the training page that will allow for this to be done.

I think if they were atk supers, they should be that once healed.

wounded change to healed units
They dont change to untrained units, because untrained can be raided and we dont want someone who has been massed to be raided afterwards.
Example:
if you have 1000 untrained and 500 healed
and you order to train 1000 spies,
then 500 spies will be trained for free, and number of healed goes down to 0
at the same time 500 untrained will be training to become spies at a cost of 200.000 kuwal each.

So using your figures of 1000 uu and 500 healed
I order 500 Farmers, 500 Strike. 250 spies and 250 Assassins
What's going to be trained from UU and what from Healed and at what costs.
Also if I have 500 wounded defense soldiers should I be able to retrain them as strike or covert for ) cost.
I would have thought it was logical that once a unit was healed it would return to active service automatically. I know that more coding would be required to do this but it sounds very much like you have decided it's simpler to allow players to retrain units at no cost instead.

When they are eventually coded they will simple be trained when you train military units. Healed units train first over UU
thats how I understood it anyway, I assume they are still not functioning properly yet.

My healed-unit-o-meter is going up and up. Given that untrained units die of natural causes, for the moment I would have been better off if all units would have died on the battlefield.

Kenzu, I appreciate you're busy doing a lot of great stuff, but I really could use the healed units. I have 7% of my total population in healed units and they're doing nothing, not even earning income. You'd really make my day.

they are doing something, they are raising your death rate meaning more UU are dieing.

Wounded units heal already, so we got some progress here.
Obviously this alone doesn't make healed units more useful.
The healed units should start working in the next couple of days.
They will work this way:
If you train military units, if you got healed units, healed units will be trained into military units at no cost, but training them still takes some time (you need training camps for that)

I would like to request that we look into the rate at which units are healed. I currently have 34,551 wounded troops and that number never seems to do down...
So, either the game is telling me I need to not attack or ???

Are you generating any healed troops? I am. I must confess I generate more wounded than the hospital can heal (5% per day I thought), so my number never goes down either. I am currently at 32,408 wounded.
