I fail to see where him having 27mil+ units into his eco (roughly 90%) makes him a stat builder.

He might've been referring to kenzu as a leader.
About 4/5 people in WR are massive stat builders.

And no offense to stars: but aren't you rank1? Wouldn't that make you the person with the biggest stats in the game?

Actually stars is one of the better massers around and he isn't afraid to sac his account massing someone
