UP Reduced??????

When he spied me and saw my strike of 9mil, he posted my strike beforehand in the reset war thread so he obviously knew what it was. And when he first hit me only 1.2mil power hit him back. Obviously something was wrong

hmm... it's easy to point fingers, history of mankind proved it

in the past we have burned sorcerer women that couldn't prove their innocence

but then again, that's another story

what i want to ask the admin is to check the logs on aspire, vesper said aspire was the first victim

are there any logs there that "FOR SURE" were noticed by the attackers??

Perhaps you should have did a quick recon on aspire and his 0 assassin power before you came here and posted.

Adrian told you clearly that he didn't noticed the bug, accepted
he was wrong, expected to get the penalty and get over it but
giving Vesper the units back I don't understand !

As I have said . You don't accept and won't believe that humans can make mistakes...

humans can make mistakes, not looking at your stats after you mass someone is a definite lie.

not once have I witnessed someone not looking at their leftover strike after massing on AW
"how much strike you got left" is probably one of the most asked questions in msn convo's

It would make no sense to not let me have my units back. Being I would have not even lost half of what I lost when adrian did hit me. Him assaulting me would have made him lose more units then I lost per hit and he would have gradually fallen weaker and weaker doing less and less damage. My strike would have never fallen below 5mil before adrian was losing 2 times as much as I was.

how about instead you would have simulated the attacks I made on vesper with the script fixed, and then applyied me a penalty?

vesper was massed because he farmed me last night four times

adrian doesn't have the covert capacity to scout vesper, so i was the eye here

when we started massing, i was spying vesper regularly

i was like: he is down to 8mil... now hes down to 7 mil.... keep attacking.......

we were all excited he's going down that we did not realized stuff like "wait we are loosing too little, could it be a bug?"

no, this happened after we posted the results on forum, and vesper pointed the problem

in my msn convo, that i have it opened since more than 5 hours, you can see clearly when was the exact time we figured out it's a problem

and that's the same time vesper did

ofcourse i am not going to show the convo, because i don't think i have to prove anything

like in court, you don't have enough evidence, you don't prosecute the guy

there's no proof here, just some people thinking that it's impossible not to notice something

anyway, don't matter anymore

i quit playing aderan, main and reset

i wish those that knew me to have fun, that is the most important thing, have fun anyway you feel like it, speak your minds, do stuff

but remember it's a game, and games in virtual spaces should not take over our lifes, so don't forget to also take break, go to a picnic with your loved ones

otherwise you might realize it's been years in which, even if you were in the same house with your family, you were not close to them

things like this you can't take back, and no admin can give them back to you

He will not be getting his turns back because he abused a bug I believe. When I abused the baseO bug and lost all my spies with sabbing everyone I sabbed recieved resources back, but I never got my spies back. It makes sense. I believe that damgood, r1, and adrian are made because they lost their element of surprise.

They are whining because I farm them alot. Being there are maybe 15 people worth farming on the server not really an option here.

Damgood your the last person that should whine about being farmed. I believe it was you and Rflash that used to farm me 3 times a day on main.

I am very happy that we're not in court here, then again there's no way I could punish 80% of the people who do crap but place their bet on plausible deniability if I had to follow the double standards of courts.

However if you wish to continue your premise of a court system, should anyone wish to present actual arguments (see spoiler on the meaning of what an argument is) I will listen to them, maybe I have missed some important points.

So far the only one to have presented any arguments was vesper himself.
Claims like it's an unfair decision or whatever are on the level of hearsay as they are unverified statements and have no place in a court of law.
