lock down = alliance PPt. meaning your whole alliance goes on a 36 hour PPT .

it would cost a lot of alliance MRs , and could only be used once every 14 or 30 days.

I'd like to revive this so that we can continue the alliance bank discussion.

There should be possibilities to send kuwal to the bank and then ask for a withdrawal, and then leader or 2nd in command can accept/reject requests.

It should also be visible how much everyone contributed/took out from the alliance bank.

An alliance tax would be a good feature, where 0-3% income gets taxed from members. Leaders set the tax rate.

Deal with PTR first and we can discuss the alliance bank, everything hinges on how they effect PTR, and the possible exploits those effects can have.
