Displaying average army size at login?

It seems even the average army size is much larger than mine.. that does make one feel quite small :p

am i the only one who feels unmotivated by that text at login?

(not whining, just asking ^^ )

But you should be motivated by that ....

actually you are better off atm because you are not being penalised by the admin income tax thing

Are you catching up with the average armysize or is the average one growing faster than you?

well initially it is most likely that the average might be growing faster than you, but you should not be looking at the rate of change but at the rate of change OF the rate of change

basically the second derivative of the function of your growth relative to the server growth

Imagine a car and the driver presses the gas pedal up to a certain point.

The car will start accelerating, hence there is a change in speed (rate of change).
However with a certain amount of gas going into the engine the car can only accelerate for a certain while and eventually the car will be going at a constant speed meaning the acceleration/rate of change in speed will eventually decrease down to 0.

Seeing how FAST or SLOW the acceleration is changing is what you get by calculating the second derivative of a function.

Acceleration = rate of change of speed
Change in acceleration = rate of change of the rate of change of speed
