Role Play Character Profiles

I thought maybe if admin and them seen we was serious about the Role Playing here on the forums then maybe we can talk him into moving this to its own thread. I think it will be used and in order to keep up with the RP section it really need to be in its own section. Role Playing can become a very active part of this forums just takes getting people involved.

So many people out there want to RP but just say they don't know how. EVERYONE knows how to RP its just the matter of letting your thoughts go beyond normal thinking and let your mind be your character. This is a enjoyable thing once you get in with the others and get started. Don't be afraid to jump in with us and get involved.

Main Character

Name: Adin

Age: 24

Race: Human (I guess, at least for now I might change it.)

Sex: Male (Same as me so I could probably RP a male easier, at least for my first one.)

Appearance: Dark brown hair, cut fairly short, no beard but usually some stubble.

Magic: Although possessing no 'real' magic, Adin can get into and out of any building silently, and can move without making a sound.

Weapon: Knives, mostly hidden around my body.

Armour: None, loose fitting clothes, easy to move in and very quiet, no rusling for me!

Personality: -

Biography: Made an orphan at a very young age, Adin grew up on the streets. Taken under the wing of a master theif at an equally young age, Adin learnt almost all there is about theiving, sneaking, assassinating and other less-then-noble deeds, but also learn't of the difference between good and bad, to keep to the good path as much as possible. That is not to say good in the eyes of the law however, for he also learnt the corruption of Authority.
When he was barley 17, his master and teacher was killed before his eyes and Adin has been alone ever since. He travels around from city to city, always practising his skills...

Hair: Long blondish brown hair flowing down her back almost reaching the bend of her knees.

Eyes: Sky Blue

Height: 5'11"

Weight: 130ish

Appearance: Seeming to posses an inner beauty Jade is always one to catch any passerby's eye. Possessing a vast wardrobe it seems like she never wears the same thing twice. Those she has used her powers of healing to save have often referred to her as a goddess of light and beauty.

Weapons: Preferring peace to violence Jade carries nothing but her staff of healing and a concealed dagger or two for her own protection when and if needed.

Magic: Restoration and healing magic are Jade's specialty. Magic of no sort has any effect on Jade. But you have to be careful she's known to use ones magic against them if its needed to protect her or the ones she cares about. Her ability to heal the wounded is surpassed by none. Her ways of speaking and seeing those of the pass.

Strengths: Apart from being second to none when it comes to the healing arts Jade can also defend herself if need be with her expert knife throwing skills. Jade is also able to communicate the the ones of the past or passing.

Weaknesses: Too trusting at times and her determination has gotten her in tough situations before.

Personality: Determined, empathetic, and kind she will always be there when you need her. Not one to judge based on past deeds Jade tries to treat all with equality and respect. Cares deeply for the well-being of others and will in most cases put others safety before her own.

Biography: Always one to be there when needed Jade was kept quite busy helping all those in need in her village. At a very young age she decided that there were others out there that needed her as well and left the village. Moving from place to place helping those in need Jade has always been some what of a loner relying on herself and her skills. Traveling alone her kind nature has been taken advantage of before but though she is maybe a little too trusting, she also is not blind to the evil that dwells within us all.

Gender: Male

Race: Draconian. ((Draconians are human beings who long ago abandoned their humanity to live amongst dragons. After many generations of living and learning from the dragons. They adapted to the extreme heats and grew the ability to speak in dragon-tongue, with a select few being born with the ability to breathe/conjure fire. Others who aren't so lucky in the gene pool, could possibly learn any of these through rigorous training and many years.))

Appearance: Martin stands 5'10" with a muscular build. His hair is light brown in color and extends to his eyebrows. His eyes are a bright orange in color, but blacks rings are appearing, from his late nights of reading and studying, much to his dismay. Wears a long-sleeved cotton shirt under his chest piece and loose sheep-skin pants made from his mother before he left home. The shirt is dyed a navy blue while the pants are dyed black, and have tears that have been clearly sewn up on them. All his clothing have some resistance to fire((simply so he doesn't have to be nude if something were to happen :p))

Weapons: Carries a wide, long sword, sheathed on his back. The sword was a gift for reaching the rank of flame knight, ((This would be the equivalent of a captain in a human army)) which was named 'Will of Fire', partly after his unwavering determination.

Armour: Wears a form fitting, leather chest piece over top of his shirt. He also wears a light-weight metallic helmet covering only his nose and below. Several small holes are clearly visible allowing filtered air to regulate though. He wears this as a protection against air-borne toxins which he is frequently in contact with during his studies.

Strengths/Magic: Martin was born partly unlucky as far as draconians went. He showed good potential in enduring the extreme heats but until around 17, showed no promise in fire conjuring and still has no potential in speaking to dragons. As of present date, he can create fire the size of his palm but has nearly no range with them.

Weaknesses: Living for so many years alone, and defending from messy muggers, has given a strong sense of overconfidence and he tends to be rash, shooting from the hip quite often. As stated early, he is lacking in his ability to create fires, and feels using them in battle would be disgraceful to his pride and to his race, morally stopping him from using it.

Personality: Martin hates standing idly. He prefers to be always moving, or fighting and when he is not, he gets quite impatient and often fidgets. Being in solitude for so long, he tends to be more serious, and unwilling to change his own decisions. Still being male, he shows weaknesses to women, to whom he easily agrees with and openly shows obedience.

Biography: At the age of 15, showing no more potential among his village, he left them to become independent. Moving from town to town, he mugged whatever easy prey he could find to improve his strength and give him the money he needed to survive. Finding it too difficult to live this way and the paranoia of being arrested or killed too great, he returned him to become a solider. 7 years later at age 24, he was promoted to a flame knight. Pleased with his captain's salary, he left home once again, using his new found funds to research into materials and plants to attempt to create new medicines but mostly to create things that went boom.

Race: Wraith

Hair: Long white hair

Eyes: Yellow eyes

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 198Lbs

Appearance: r1maru is characterized by a light-green epidermis, yellow eyes, and white hair. r1maru is biologically immortal and do not possess the life-inhibiting proteins that cause aging. He is stronger than humans, being strong enough to hurl an adult human a considerable distance with minimal effort. He is also extremely agile, able to leap up several meters from a standing start. r1maru's body is highly resilient, able to survive oceanic pressures that would crush a human, and possess remarkable regenerative abilities. His regeneration is directly related to how recently he has fed; fully fed he can heal multiple bullet wounds in seconds.

Weapons: A feeding organ on the palm which is applied to the chest of the victim near the heart, drawing out their "life-force"

Magic: Powerful telepathic abilities

Strengths: Phenomenal physical strength, phenomenal physical agility, advanced healing abilities

Weaknesses: Need for "lifeforce"

Personality: r1maru appears to show little regard to his own life. Furthermore, he is quite willing to die as long as their enemies die with them.

Biography: The Wraith are intelligent humanoids who are genetically close to insects, though they are predominantly human. They evolved in the Pegasus galaxy after a human population seeded by the Ancients was fed upon by an insect called the iratus bug, which has the ability to draw upon a human's life to heal itself. As they fed, the bugs incorporated human DNA into themselves, giving rise to the Wraith. The Wraith too feed on humans, treating them akin to livestock and regarding the act of feeding as nothing more than natural predation.

Main Character - Nomad is a half Elf and half Human character. Having spent several years in both races, but ultimately never fitting into either. He is a traveler by nature. Never staying to long in any one place. Shys away from large gathering preferring small parties or solitude. It has been rumored many things in many lands about it stretching from he is the ascendant to royalty to he is a devilish assassin and murderer. fiercely loyal to those he calls friends, guided by a strict code of conduct and honor, but also able to kill with no remorse.

Name: Nomad, real name not commonly known.

Age: 54, still young by his Half Elf lifespan.

Race: Half Elf and Half Human

Sex: Male

Appearance: Shrouded and covered most of the time, allowing only his hands and face to show, and even they are not often. He is a male standing 5 foot 11 inches tall weighing 180 lbs. Long brown hair generally work in a high ponytail and braided often. His skin is pale light and eyes are a light grey color. It is a mark of excellence in the realm of archers as the Grey eyes are know to be some of the best. He seems the perfect example of his race carrying the stocky muscular build of his human father, yet still keeping the slim dexterity and inate beauty of his Elven mother.

Weapons: He is a master of hand to hand and bare knuckle fighting proficient with his feet and hands and many throwing tactics. He carries an array of weapons. First is his staff. He is a master at its useage. He carries multiple throwing knives and daggers, rumored to be as high as 12, spread from his waist, wrist and legs/boots.. He has 2 small parrying short swords/long daggers for close combat worn around the waist. His strongest weapons are his two shimatars worn crossed on his back. Tho they look old and worn they are razor sharp. They appear to be heavy weapons but in his hands become light as a feather and they say his movements are a blur with them. He has been often known to use a shield, Generally and lightweight shield but proficient with a buckler. Often carries a Bow and arrows and is a master in its use.

Armour: He keeps his inner most Armor covered with a cape and clothing but it is known he wears Elven made leather armor with a mythril chest piece. His thighs and upper arms covered in mythril chainmail. He has been seen in full plate mail fighting armor but generally dislikes its restrictive movements.

Personality: Loner by nature. Quiet. Fighter by chance. Quick to draw a blade, but experianced enough to kill with stealth as often as possible. Is weak to children, animals, and innocence, but hard and cold to betrayers and evil intentions.


Special Skills and Abilities: Being of Elvin blood has its advantages. He has a long lifespan, not as long as a full elf but much longer then a human. He has the gift of night vision, but at a shorter range then a full elf. He can use enchanted weapons, scrolls, rings, and other magic filled items. He has limited magical powers and can read, understand, and cast rudamentary magic spells with study. Being Elven has also gifted him with the traditional magic he can cast at will of, Levitation, Silent movement, Hide(in shadows and in woods), magic missile(must use a physical host for full potency such as a throwing dagger or arrow). He has been known to use spells such as charm, sleep, and a weak fireball only truely effective at close range.

Name: Rixio Jacob Ghin

Age: 23

Race: Dragonkin (Human who's blood was imbuned with a dragon's)

Sex: Male

Appearance: Rixio is 6'2, and about 165 lbs. He has dark brown hair, that shaggs just below his soft, dark brown eyes. He has a deep voice that matches his tone physique. Almost always has a sort of half-smile on. Could easily be described as "All dark eyes and cheekbones."

Weapon: A dark longbow, imbued with draconic markings that seem to glow when looked at. A quiver stuffed with a wild assortment of arrows, varying in thickness, length, and fletch. Across his back, hugging the quiver, is a sheathed obsidian longsword that too has slightly illumines markings.
Armour: Rixio sports a 4 piece outfit, consisting of a chest piece, leggings, boots, and gloves. All of which are made of thick, dark leather, that fits him perfectly and was made by a master tanner. Underneath this armor is a set of [Easily Considered] noble's clothes. A crimson amulet across his neck, and an onyx signet ring finish his

Personality: Rixio is very charismatic, intelligent, and honest. His biggest 'Flaw' is how vain he is. Most, if not all of his qualities come those of a dragon. He is a a quiet person, a great listener, but can get over protective and ruin friendships easily.

Biography: When Rixio was around the age of 7 his father was killed in an ambush, his mother fell into despair. A few years later his village was but under siege, an eventually taken over. The surviving members of his family were set as the lowest class of society. Rixio was jumped by a few teenagers outside of the city. Beaten badly, he was left there unconscious for the remainder of the day. He awoke in the middle of the night, surrened by grievers, he couldn't fight them off, he was but a child. When suddenly a loud crash emerged only yards away from Rixio, a shining dragon had landed beside him causing the grievers to run away, shrieking in horror. Rixio thought his life couldn't get any worse, he had been beaten and attacked by grievers, and now he was going to be devoured by a dragon. To his suprise, the dragon spoke, a bellowing tone and said, "My son, you have been chosen, to embark on an epic journey, and represent dragons and all other dragonkin in the hall of the ancients." and with that, Rixio awoke, remembering nothing but his name, his age (Which was at least 10 years older than he had remembered), and his quest. When he came to, he noticed he was equipped with items, items that felt as if he had since he was a child. Rixio knew these objects. His head ached, so many questions "Why can't I remember anything?" was the most prominant. Along the way he picked up on his new talents.....

Skills/Abilities: Rixio's talents are, for the most part, inherited from a/the dragon. He has the ability to see in the dark, cast a mid-powered fire missile, charm, intimidate, enhanced sight/hearing, not sleep for prolonged times, endure nature, and has become very agile. However, it seems that everyday, Rixio is discovering one more thing he can do, as well as getting better at his already possessed traits.

Appearance - Well dressed in finest silks with gold embroidery. Black gloves and gauntlets studded with gems. ALWAYS wearing a cloak and hood and ALWAYS carrying an axe strapped to my back. Its an unusual axe shape. Tall and broad shouldered. Gaunt face with little expression or emotion showing and quite pale. White hair. Eyes are bright red. If anything gives the impression of being pompous and aloof, looking down on everyone.

Weapon - Only an Axe visible.

Armour - None

Personality - I talk to myself so potentially schizophrenic, narcissistic, psychopathic, and generally a little bit mad or maybe its just the voices i hear.....
