I joined WR a few months ago, and everyone there helped me get in the top 100 in no time.

Ok, i have to ask this now....

What sort of alliance would fashion themselves and draw inspiration (in terms of their political views, comments, opinions - even medals and awards given to their memberbase) on an empire (The Soviet union) - which due to policies adopted by its government and leaders, was directly responsible for the death of over 50million of its citizens in the period between 1941 - 1945 alone - and countless 10's of millions more of its populace in its reign of terror.... not to mention being directly responsible for the expenditure of literally $1000's of billions by the western world due to their need to defend themselves from Soviet tyranny - which would have had a long lasting and serious impact on the life style and standards of living of even the western world's citizens....

Seriously... having just visited the World Republic forum, i m now actually mildly creeped out by some of the comments - its got most discussions regarding communism (a regime and system of government which slaughtered more people in its time than even the Nazi's managed) - and in particular one comment (by a Liche - who happens to be "A Chairman of the Supreme Council") - caught my attention:

"That's cause the people in Germany are superior, they don't have any carbon emissions.

Didn't any one listen to Hitler? (not saying I support him)

(and no he didn't say anything about carbon emission just that we--they are superior)"

I ll leave you guys to figure out what exactly World Republic are playing at... but in particular, i d like to draw all potential new recruits to this topic:

If anyone was wondering - mikhail gorbachyov was the man responsible for ending the soviet union, ending a brutal, inhumane, dictorial mass murdering regime - and bringing an end to the cold war (he got rewarded the nobel peace prize)... and apparently most of WR dislike him/ hate him according to their poll....

I d recommend to all new players considering joining World Republic, that you go and read their forums before you do so... some of the topics are frankly disturbing, which coupled with WR's ingame record of being an expansionist aggressive power - WILL get you in trouble.

The Commonwealth on AW is based loosely on the Real-life Commonwealth of nations (including a fundamentally capitalist approach to the game). Much like The Commonwealth did in real life, The Commonwealth on Aderan Wars will be making a stand against any communist soviet regime's out to conquer, plunder and expand, at the expense of the innocence.

All new members have been warned - consider very carefully before you join the soviet union/ world republic.

You should not confuse World Republic alliance from Aderan Wars and World Republic political forum.
Both happen to have the same domain being worldrepublic.forumotion.com, but there are clearly separated.

Congratulations Kenzu, good for you; now if you could tell the rest of the "active" players that have a zero defense to actually build a defense so I can remove them from my farming list, I think that would make us both happy...

New World Republic Farming policy

Defenders Defense ___ Minimum profit required

0 defense action ___ No minimum profit needed
1 to 200 million defense action ___ Minimum of 100million profit needed
200 million to 500 million defense action ___ Minimum of 200million profit needed
500 million to 1 billion defense action ___ Minimum of 350million profit needed
