ok, oddball question, but what good is the banking fees? why do they exist? what pourpose do they serve?

I understood the need and pourpose for the "lifers" or control on UU, but why income?

Remove all banking fees, after all your paying the fees to yourself, you rule your realm.

well the fees are an indirect incentive to rather leave naq out and risk it being stolen if you forget about them
