Hualu Bonus and Advantage
I think Hualu Advantage in tech should increase to 7.5% up from 5%. Making it 30%. since banking will become worthless when game updates with invest techs.
Daning has 20% off in attack which makes attack tech super cheap and cheap attack units.
Mirya has 20% off in defense which makes defense tech cheap and cheap defense units.
Kyora has 20% off in both covert and assassian tech (40% off).
Honsetly Kyora is quite overpowered. because they have 40% off in total, 20% off for assassian and covert operations.

Beside why don't admin add a new unit call "Engineer"? Which produce 80 Kuwal per turn. It can be a new economy unit.

Also can income bonus go up to 0.25% up from 0.125%? It will give Hualu some economy advantage over other faction race.

I can recommend it to you, admin that attack and defense units can be 10% cheaper when player select Hualu, because Hualu is all about having economy advantages over other faction. But the problem is that when game updates, Hualu needs some serious boosting consideration.
These are my thoughts.

As a Kyora I can attest that I only get a discount on Covert Tech, not Covert and Assassin. This means that all options are equal at a total of 20%.
Also as you stated Hualu is an economic faction, therefor it would be more appropriate to receive a discount when buying money producing units, not on purchasing Attack or Defense units, as Daning should receive the Attack discount, while Murya would likewise receive the Defense discount.

kyora gets 15% to covert and 15% to assassin SKILLS (power per agent)
and another 20% to covert techs
this is justified by the fact that covert does neither too much to protect your income nor does it help much in farming others

I see no reason to increase income bonus
usually people set their accounts to 80-90% income, 2-3% att/def/covert/ass
So every point in income affects 30-40 times more units than any other stat

as nomad pointed out I already mentioned that hualu will get modified somewhat.
Also it is obvious that hualu bonuses to the main 4 upgrades will be reconsidered.
since the other 4 techs are not getting changed at all (and those are identical to all races, 20% or 4 times 5%), then there is no reason to change the bonus for them
and another 20% to covert techs
