1 of the achievements is top war records. I was hoping we could get them ranked to add a new element of competition Very Happy

Would be another bane to new players who could not rank up using this system, plus those who play other games with ranked ME know the down fall that comes from random massings for ME rank.

I also feel that military records should not change your overall rank but seeing where you are adds a personal sense of achievement. "Random" massings most likely wont happen since it is extremely expensive to mass people. But with having ranked ME you can see who the most strategic/smartest massers are.

Later on random massings may happen when the game grows and incomes increase but if some1 gets randomly massed it will most likely cause them to strike back which will balance out the ME and create a 1 v 1 or a war which will create more activity in the game adding a new element other than who can grow the most. I know a bunch of games and i never really saw people mass randomly just to better their score though

To each his own, but answer me this.

If you were a ME chaser, are you going to mass someone who CAN fight back?

If you rank them fine, just not publicly, and do it right, not all screwed up like some other games do it.

Will also be the final nail in the coffin of lone wolves, but I dont think they ever stood a chance here anyway. Not saying thats good or bad, just an observation.

I know this is reviving an old topic but I would love to see war records ranked, even if it is like the above link, but I would prefer it to be ranked like the other stats (But not have an effect on overall rank of course)

show the rank of war experience, but don't let it count towards global rank.

only present military stats should count towards rank (those which can be destroyed)

something like

Strike action rank 1
defense action rank 1
Covert action rank 1
Assassin action rank 1

Airforce action rank 1

War records rank 500 ( do not count towards your over all rank )

I would say no
bc then say Ish you saw you were 2, and you want rank 1 then you would go and find a way to rank 1. IE: random massings/me chaser. #1 reason I think admin put in the ST into the game.

True Sea .

But b4 the war happened . quite a few TOC, TIE,BD, and TG members liked the idea of a Professional Fighting league for AWs .

It would encourage for fighting possibly a torny for ranked 1 war records . in which 8 man bracket top 8 war records duke it out or something .

i will probably have the individual war exp split up into lifetime and monthly

The monthly will be the one the award will be based on. the lifetime will be for bragging.
I wouldn't have an issue with having the monthly one being the one ranked then.

monthly giving your spot. but the lifetime, giving top 25% something like that.

yes exactly

It will be nearly impossible for new players to reach top ranks for war experience.
Compared to war experience, the normal action stats like for example defense action are much easier to reach top ranks.

I would still like the option of not having mine made public. If a person wanted to make kills out of the public eye, they couldnt under a publicly veiwable system.
