my defence lvl is at 116% and i want to upgrade it on 117%

and the one for 117% costs 218mil kuwal.. and i have 230mil kuwal out.. but when i click...

Not enough funds to continue with operation (245,700,000)

well i used kuwal now on attack(113% one) and it worked..

please fix it..
and i want a refound xD
