I have noticed some players with negative kuwals while I was just going throught the pages.

rounding error, for some reason people end up with fractions of kuwal sometimes, has to do with income not getting rounded up properly somewhere.
then when someone deposits or withdraws all kuwal from bank you end up with 0.00000001 or -0.00000001 or so kuwal.
