the cron job stopped working and when i tried to run it i got a server error, so it was something with the server and not the script.
will try to find out what really caused it.

edit:
For future reference guys and girls 99% of the time it was because of changes to the code and because the system i have setup at home is not exactly the same that i have at disposal with the web server I cannot always rule out problems, but in those cases i'm uploading and checking if the turn changes properly and will have it fixed within 1 turn or 2.
