Worker motivation
This will give people the option of temporarily being able to increase/decrease their realms income production by changing work conditions.
Relaxed conditions will drop your income by 50% but increase your worker motivation by 2 per turn.
Default level of motivation is 100, max is 200 and min is 0.
Strict conditions will increase your income by 40%. This also results in motivation dropping by 3 per turn.
Should you ever reach 0 your workers will incite riots and you will suffer a 90% income penalty and 60% unit production penalty, you will also be unable to attack, spy or assasinate anyone. You will neither be able to trade with anyone. All of the mentioned will last 12 hours and upon end your worker motivation will be equal to 1.
Useful for: Decreasing income you may not be able to bank overnight/when in job, and increasing it when you're at home or activate your temporary protection.
