I believe thats how it would work even if this was not mentioned.
Obviously if you deposit kuwal you lower your PTR and getting kuwal will increase your PTR, just like giving and taking from another player would do.

Sounds like a great idea that promotes teamwork to me

Honestly I do see an issue with that, not saying anyone would do it

A player has a high ptr, and noone wants to help him lower it as it will casue them to go up
they create a 1 man allinace, make despot and then once they get there ptr lower they then disban the allinace

while it waste resources, its a way to affect PTR negatively.

yes it is but is there really a point to even doing that? the amount of resources you would have to waste would be insane

It's better to sell those resources

And PTR is no big deal if you do the right trades

Some have bad ptrs due to it going all the way back t all trading.

and they can finally have it fixed with this update

someone wants this update badly . ..... thinks about that topic with me and nomad arguing over a certain update
