Alliance member cap isn't working

Right now, it's possible for an alliance to have more members than maximum.
This flaw will be removed soon!

you have foreign ministry, that allows you to create an alliance and have 5 members, then the leader can increase the max alliance size by building more embassies

I think the max is around 10-15 members in total then.
only alliance leader buildings are important in this caclulation

so the building is useless to anyone who is not the leader?


That seems,,,,,,, wrong? why even have it as an option to anyone other then alliance leaders if it has absolutely no purpose? That needs to be added to the tool tip so players dont waste time and money building it.

I always assumed the more the alliance members built as a whole effected the overall alliance count, not just the leader.

This needs to be rethought a bit, and tool tips immediately updated.

I also suggest that you add the Foreign Ministry requirement to the Alliance Page because it does not tell you of this requirement until after you attempt to create one.
