alot of players do just that, but if everyone dropped down to 5 mill in size the GAAS would also drop as those who push as high as possible are the ones increasing the GAAS and those staying close to it are getting a free ride for nothing.

what if... it costs 10x as much as the other techs to upgrade

and only takes effect if you are 100% ae

If you were 100% AE I seriously doubt you would be able to even afford techs that cost 10x as much Razz

lol 100%ae is still like 5m army size so yes you could afford it would it be worth it? in the verry long run yes wouuld most people waist money on it no, but for those whod rather stay at low ae... it would even out there abilities
