minor market bug

Market said I had 9 MT left. I used 4 getting as much Kewul as allowed and then used 5 to get a 24hr protection

You have 0 Market Reserves at your disposal
You have -1 Market Trades at your disposal
You have used 1 24 Hour Protections in the last week
Your last 48 Hour Protection was used on: Never

Not sure if its a rounding issue, cosmetic, or an actual bug.

dnt worry, it should auto correct when u next generate market turns neways,

it's on the same level of when you sometimes see people with -0 kuwal. it's something with the rounding where you manage to end up with -0.00000045 Market turns or kuwal.

You see it as -1 as it gets rounded down so -0.00000032 becomes -1, but in the database you still have -0.000000032, so you don't really get any more or less MT's as you would normally have.

I've stil yet to figure out why it happens but it only does when before the trade you end up with let's say 3.9999999996 mt's it instead of rounding down to 3 it rounds up to 4 for some random reason.

that rounding is not right , -0.00000045 can not round down to -1 rounding the 5 would make the 4 become a 5 , then from then it would make the next one a 1 and from then it becomes 0 all the way through

fixed, had to do with something I did to try and fix the rounding thing.

and pegasus you're wrong, there are 3 types of rounding functions, round ceil and floor. With the market i'm using the floor function so obviously each number gets rounded down, so -0.0000000034 rounds to the next lower full number, which is -1

since obviously everyone knows -1<0

well that only works if you are round WHOLE numbers , and i will say i may be wrong in this case but in the case of the rounding i was taught at school i was right lol

but as you know there are 3 ways to round numbers, yours was just the general for the nearest number, here it gets rounded to the next lowest number
