To make reporting much easier and faster for abusive messages:

add a button with red text called: "report message"

after clicking this button a new page will be shown where you have to choose one of the following:

Why do you want to report this message?

It contains insults/racist remarks/abusive language (for example: idiot)
It contains threats (for example: I will kill you)
It contains advertising
It contains evidence that a player is cheating or abusing Aderan Wars system
It is inappropriate for Aderan Wars because of other reasons

Comment, additional information:
(Space for text)

REPORT MESSAGE (button)

After people choose the option they want they can click "report message" after which a message is sent to the administrators.

I have never seen a game that polices "private messages". A simple Black List User feature is generally used.

I mean the list you provided is kinna weird. You would actually report someone for calling you an idiot in a ingame PM?

Death threats I do agree with tho

As for advertising, thats how 90% of "word of mouth" game advertisement gets around,,, seems like its just a way to try to get someone in trouble that you dont like while allowing someone you do like to do the same thing. If you dont want the ad just delete it.

I'd just go with a blacklist and be done with it.
