Work conditions,MTs,ATs

Work Conditions are set to 0 since yesterday and will not move. Furthermore I have a feeling that I did not get enough Attack turns when I was on Protection or rather in the last couple of days. Please also check if I got enough Market trades. It seems sometimes I get em and sometimes I do not.

cos you can now go down to 0, i removed the 200 motivation limit

Oh wow. lol I did not know that :S. Always wondered why it was limited to be quite honest.

there was stuff, i.e. going below 200 meant your workers revolted and you had a penalty for income and up. but then i removed it cos all it needed was for someone to lose internet access and they wouldn't be able to remove overtime even if they wanted
