I see that some people have motivation levels of over 1000. I was wondering whether or not this is intended, and if so, how is it done?

if I understood Admin correctly... 1000 is the highest it will go, if it reads over 1000, it is a mistake which should correct itself at the next turn change, I could be wrong on this so maybe someone else should answer this... king

I think it auto corrects on their login. But yes the benifits are cut at 1000
