Weapon Strength

As everyone knows with the new update, the weapon system has changed so that they no longer require repairs. However, when coverting some targets I notice their weapon strength below the normal. I'd assume that they used their weapons attacking or defending prior to the update and since there is no repair system, there is no way of returning them to the norm except for selling and rebuying all the weapons. I'm not sure if this was intended or if it is a bug. Just felt I should point it out.

it was considered, however in retrospect I can now tell you that it wont have an effect on their strike/def power nor on anything else (war exp gained for destroying these, unit losses, etc.)
