Alliance power not updating

Im not sure if this is something intentional but ive noticed the alliance rankings page is not up to date on the test server.

stats update each time leader logs in

ranks get updated at regular intervals
so if someone doesn't login, they will stay at total power 100 mil even if they get massed and never login again

if an alliance get's inactive it stays in the top?

that is a confusing thing, they are all massed up and inactives, and yet in top 10

would not be better to set up a daily cron, with a perl script that updates this stuff?

hmm... no... it would require SSH access to set up this...

Its the test server, and that feature doesn't really need testing I assume.
