Officer rates
Is there anyone who still doesn't get how the officer rates work?
Here is an explanation, I'm really unable to make it more simple than that, if you can explain in a better way feel free to post and i'll edit the first post.
Commander system:
Example with numbers:
User A has 10k personal income per turn (480k personal income per day ).
He has 3 officers who each have 20 raw up (so 60 raw up in total).
=> Max amount of kuwal User A can give out is 4k PER TURN (40% of 10k, and since a day has 48 turns he can give out max 192k Kuwal PER DAY (48 x 4k = 192k)
=> Max amount of units, commander can get PER DAY is 12 (20% from 60 raw up is 12 UP)
From that we can see that the maximum Untrained Rate the User A can give is 16k (192k per day divided by 12 units per day is 16k).
If the User A sets the rate to 32k he will still pay all officers 192k kuwal per day but only receive 6 units per day from his officers (192k / 32k = 6)
If the User A sets the rate to 8k he will get 12 units per day and pay the officers only 96k Kuwal per day meaning his income per day will be 384k (480k daily income minus 96k given to officers) which translates to 8k per day.
IF User A has a commander then whatever amount they get from their own commander, doesn't get given to officers anymore.

Commander system:
- People with no commander receive 10% boost on their raw unit production
- Commanders can get their up increased by max 20% of their officers raw up
- Commanders can spend max 40% of their income on "buying" units from their officers, income they get from their commander doesn't get distributed
- If a commander is unable to "buy" all units, he only receives the amount he can afford and the Kuwal he gives out is distributed proportionately between the officers
