World Republic military doctrine & convo with Ian

World Republic hereby announces its military doctrine

In the case of an assault on World Republic by more than 1 alliance, World Republic will focus its force on the weakest alliance first.
(Alliances which have tiny strength will be ignored.)


Example:

WR has been attacked by 3 members of alliance A which has 5 billion power and by 3 members of alliance B which has 10 billion power.
Result: WR will mass alliance A, which has 5 billion power.


This has been publicly announced, because Ian has an evil plan to declare war on the World Republic under false pretenses.
Just like Nazi Germany declared war on Poland, under the pretense that Poland attacked first, by declaring war on Germany, when actually the people who declared war on Germany were SS men, who stormed a radio station in Poland.

Ian might tell his alliance members that World Republic has a spy in the Commonwealth. But I don't know of any spy and WR doesn't have any spies in the Commonwealth and I have never said that there is any spy.

To prove that Ian is lying to you, I will post a copy of my convo with Ian.

Hmm... does this mean if another small tiny alliance were to join in an attack (if there is one) on world republic, then according to your beloved military doctrine you d focus just on that alliance since its the smallest? Or what happens if i were to send over all our members to the Company?

Your doctrine actually sucks and makes no strategic sense whatsoever lol

The doctrine states it ignores tiny alliances. If I read it correctly, if you get a sizeable alliance to join up with you, then TC will be second in line. If FRUIT joins, they will be ignored though. What would you have it read?

That's the price you have to pay if you join the wrong alliance.
Most of their members were in the same alliance in dunewars.
By not playing in the same alliance with them in dunewars you made yourself a suspect.

I'm just wondering why they keep you if they are certain you are a spy.
If I had a member who I am 50% sure is a spy, I would kick that person straight away.

Lord pegasus played the game since day 1, ian joined months later.

yes, because a person cannot join WR to spy for an alliance which doesnt exist.

Once the alliance exists, trust and loyalty between alliance members is much stronger than for an alliance known from other game. People will not betray the first alliance, unless the alliance is really bad, in which case it doesnt deserve to exist anyway and would fall apart one day or another.

How do you know that isn't true. Back in the days of CM, before we switched over to LOC we sent a few players over to scout out the server and see if it was any good and the political climate. at that time they decided to stay on as an informant in said alliance.

Just saying that it's possible, not of it's truth value.
