Make the notices clickable.

Make the notices you get in the "Recent Events in your realm" section clickable.

Meaning if you were attacked and it says you were attacked, clicking it takes you to the "attacks on me" log. If you received a broker, clicking it takes you to the "private brokers" page. If you received a message, clicking it takes you to the inbox. You get the point.

well it's not hard and it adds some functionality. I know it's not important but it affects quality. That's what it's called in my field.

what i mean is both that it's not important in terms of adding value to the game but also that that's too troublesome to go and make it work.

Make it work only for some things.

It is unnecessary if you receive a private message, but if someone has set you to peace, or declared war on you, you should be able to click on the user in the noticebox and it would redirect you to his page.

It should be added also for the following events:
trade broker has been sent to you => page where you can accept broker
someone donated resources to you => his userpage
someone sabotaged you => covert log / sabotage
someone assassinated your defense => covert log assassination /defense
received a medal => achievements page

Only one I see a need for is the relations change, all the others have a direct link to them in the side bar, but a relation change requires a search.

you don't HAVE to click them. You can always scroll to wherever.

I was referring to you saying that's the only one worth it. I said that you don't have to use the others, you could always scroll if you prefer that.
