more medals

What do you guys think about adding more medals to the game??? Biggest raider and farmer, most def super killed assassins etc?
This can add 5 more pbp to a player if he is worthy

we already had this discussion here , i think, and obviously farming raiding is a pointles idea since ppl could just farm each other for trillions

in ra it works because ppl cant farm each other for any kuwal other than what they produce

I suggested this to admin already long time ago, and again about a week ago. The medals are completed and the system works already on Red Apocalypse.
Admin rejected it, also because he thinks that when the medals are added, some people are going cheat their way to get the farm and raid medals by telling friends to take out kuwal, and uu, which is forbidden by the rules and would lead to fines/bans and pissed cheaters (even if there were no benefits from getting these medals).

I personally think that it's better to have more medals, so that even if its impossible to get all medals, it increases your chances to get yet another medal. (Easier to get a medal if there are 60 types than if there are only 30 types).

I suggested these medals on Aderan Wars, which didnt get approved/implemented (they all exist and work on RA for a long time already without any problems):
Stealing most kuwal in one month
Raiding most UU in one month
Killing most units in one month
Spending most kuwal on buildings
Achieving highest total power
Achieving highest Air Force power
Achieving highest air defense power (SAM power)

Than make the medals for the most uu raided ever and most kuwal stolen, assasin killed etc. 5 more bonus points wont matter to a 300% tech that much but it coult make people more active to get the medals.
Dont be so stubborn about it. And if peope get kuwal out and farm each other u will be there to punish the ilegal feeding;)

I would support the addition of more medals but not for Farming or raiding.

Now if you want to have some medals included that are only obtained because of War actions the individual undertakes then I see some benefit.
i.e. Medals based on the player using the actions that will actually cost them

Last two are mute since AF doesnt exist in either game (Main or RA), so makes me wonder how they exist and work for a long time already in RA.

On the spending most kuwal on buildings, is that to be counted as total spent? or what you have built? Example,,, who gets the award. Player A has built 50K total weapons factories in the accounts lifespan, but had 30K destroyed with 20K standing. OR player b with 45K built weapons factories?

Problem is that most new people who come are usually casual players. And casual players have a hard time to stomp a powerful alliance out of the ground. Now if people came who have friends and experience from other browser games, they could easily form an alliance that would be powerful within half a year. We already had a couple ambitious casual players forming alliances such as TDK of Starwolf, Romania, and a couple others, but in most cases they didn't stay long enough to become a powerful force. Holy Cross of Lanya might be an exception. Currently there is only Iamdoom, who has a good alliance going.

And if you look at the total number of players playing these type of games, it really isn't many players. Look around in the competing games. I looked at a couple dozen. And in many cases it's the same people with the same usernames in different games again and again. This is a very small niche market and the game is very specific and suits the taste of only a tiny fraction of people.

And for player to farm and raid more they need to see targets.

Admin you could increase the nr. of covert. AT least 80

I found 60 Covert Turns to be plenty, actually.

depends on what you veiw as "very small" and "only a tiny fraction".

Personally of the 12 games I have played fpr more then a month, AW has the lowest total membership and slowest growth rate. I have seen other games die faster tho.

And add more medals:D. That is what made me come back. I want to have all the medals and more bonus and if it worked for me maybe others will do the same, like smog for example

You're right, all I know is that he's been in Mujengan after the war ended, nearly caused another WR-Mujengan war quite recently and is currently the leader of Mujengan, once again.

Point is, there's no need to bring Smog back, because he already is back.

Not sure how adding medals will bring others back, since non-players can't see that medals have been added, and I doubt admin's going to chalk "Now with more medals!" on the main page and advertisements. Disregarding social media, of course.
