ingame, go to account settings (towards the top of the screen, in yellow) look below motd & you will see "GENDER"... I cannot help you with the rest.

second option is the ability to change between 1 symbol for male and 2 for female, and no options given for unisex. I think the game administration is sexist for the set up personally J/K jocolor
