Destruction tooltip inconsistency

The tooltip for destruction is copy-pasted from main and says the offensive troops suffer a 30% penalty when you attack them, but the strike log shows they onbly have a 10% penalty:

"Each armed defending attack soldier deals 0 damage.(10% penalty when defending against attack soldiers)"

I beleive the tooltip is the incorrect number.

You are right. I think I should go over all tooltips and fix all, which have to be fixed.

Would be a good idea. Especially for any new players who havn't played RA before, or for those who havn't even played main before, the tooltips are very misleading.

I actually think that people are going perform much worse in war is they DID play main before. People keep on thinking that on RA they have to lower defense before they can do destructions, but actually in RA it doesn't matter in what order you attack.

This entire round I have not seen a single attack. Been assassinated 17 times(not 17 assassinations, assasinated to 0 or near 0 in all fields on 17 different occations during the round), but never, ever, attacked other then a few times farmed. I really don't think anyone uses any of the attacks.

I frequently used attack/strike as my main form of attack, I guess I just never attacked you (I don't even know your username on RA to be honest.)
