Getting more alliance members

I would like to recommend the following successful methods at gaining new players for your alliances:

1)
The fastest way to have new players join your alliance is to check daily for new players in the new players tab on Aderan Wars http://bit.ly/newAWplayers
Playing players have a population above 3040, or a better rank than most other new players, or both. Sometimes they leave protection earlier than other players to farm.
If you invite them to your alliance and send them a welcome message, you are likely gain them as new members.

Almost all players who are asked to join an alliance will do so. If you ask them to join before other alliances, they will most likely join your alliance.
