Good question. Only Admins can answer. I know I was told in the past it would not happen, but things change over time.

Making Supply Turns purchasable for Gold would defeat the purpose of Supply Turns.

Supply turns will never be purchasable with anything.

just to keep the confusion down, can we still get supply turns using market reserves? (the use of the term "using" can be switched out with the following terms- purchase, trade, barter, swap, exchange, etc...)

thank you for clearing that up, the statement "supply turns will never be purchasable with anything" could have confused some players, (especially the many new ones)... & I got a 1$ that says someone else will mention it, lol...
